Inside Pro-Fit Gym Massapequa: My First Look

FITNESS & LOCAL LIFE  |  Massapequa, Long Island

A new gym. Familiar faces. Plenty to explore.

If you've been wondering what the new Pro-Fit Gym in Massapequa looks like inside, I was curious too. I checked it out during the founding-member opening, returned Friday morning at 8, worked out Sunday at 11 a.m., and was back Monday at my usual 5 a.m. workout time.

It's a pretty big place, with a lot more going on than you might realize from the outside. And since fitness is such a big part of my life, of course I wanted to get in there and explore.

Here's what I've discovered so far, from the equipment to the people starting to make the place their own.

One of the things I enjoy about Massapequa is discovering what's new around town, especially places that keep people active. I share more of the community in my Massapequa Real Estate & Local Guide.
