In 2006 I was living in Seaford & getting ready to move to PA. I wanted to rent my house out with no intention of selling. John saw my ad on Craigslist, contacted me, screened potential renters, & got my house rented fairly quickly. I then moved to PA, then back to LI. John assisted us in getting a home in the Flower Hill area. We did not know the area well and received really good feedback and market research on the town, including school value. We even received great feedback from his dad who happened to know a lot about septic. Whenever we requested to see a home, John would make the call for a showing always within the same day. This was a big contrast from my previous agent who was mostly available 3-4 days later and made requests for showings in the same manner. This made it nearly impossible to compete w/ other buyers who were shown the same homes 1 week prior to us.
