Before, during and after his college years he had no clue what he wanted to do as a career, he majored in everything, physical education, marketing, general business, psychology. Second to last year attending Hofstra University John met with a career counselor. The career counselor said, "Since John loves working with and helping people(psychology) and like business why doesn't he become a real estate agent" John was like, No way, he didn't spend $25,000 on college tuition to choose a profession that doesn't require college. John Cordeira graduated from Hofstra University in 2004, in 2005 John Cordeira began his real estate agent career in Long Island NY and 3 years later received his real estate brokers license to become an associate broker with Century 21 American Homes.
