Harbour Green Massapequa has private member only beach club called Green Harbour Beach Club. This South Shore beach club is unique to Long Island because Green Harbour Beach Club is open to all residents with no residency requirements. Since the beach club is not a large state park there are private membership fees.  According to the Harbour Green Beach Club website, for 2019 new membership initiation fee is $1,700 and annual membership dues are $2,100 plus tax.  The other beach club like Biltmore Shores and Old Harbour Greens enforce residency requirements. Biltmore Shores for example, you have to live in the Biltmore Shores Massapequa area to utilize the Biltmore Shores Beach Club.
